		<description>We must never take the students out of the process and must give them every opportunity to succeed.  Posting grades and homework eliminates  one excuse for failure.  Teaching students to use these tools to their advantage is most challenging but that doesn&#039;t mean we should stop trying. :)  
I also truly believe that &quot;you teach people how to treat you&quot;.  That goes for overbearing parents and students who do not accept responsibility for their education.  Do what you&#039;re suppose to do as a teacher and answer questions one time- do not allow parents to badger you about what is obvious not something you can control.  Good luck- our job is not easy, but it is worth it. :)</description>
